Project Overview

Google Hyderabad required a comprehensive water treatment and hot water system designed to meet their facility's extensive demands. Bisineer rose to the challenge, providing innovative solutions such as:

• 50000 LPD Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant for consistent, high-quality water.
• Solar-power integrated with heat pump, hot water system with a production capacity of 75000 litres per day.

Our expertise ensured seamless integration with the existing infrastructure, setting new benchmarks for water management in large-scale facilities.

Solutions Delivered

1. Advanced Reverse Osmosis Plant

• Designed and installed a fully automated RO system with a capacity of 50000 LPD for high-purity water production.
• Implemented pre-treatment processes, including sand filters, activated carbon filters, and micron filters, to guarantee optimal water quality.
• Enhanced operational efficiency with UV sterilization and chemical dosing systems.

2. Solar Hot Water System

• Installed 200 number of solar flat plate collector panels, capable of producing 125 Liters/day of hot water at 60°C.
• Integrated 1000 LPH heat pumps (5 operational + 1 standby) and 5000-liter mixing tanks (6 units) equipped with thermal sensors and automated controls.
• Achieved a daily capacity of 75000 litres of hot water, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Installed hot water circulation pumps with a discharge capacity of 3000 LPH at 15 meters head, along with booster pumps for efficient water distribution.
• Designed and supplied 10 units of 5 KL food-grade SS storage tanks for robust water storage solutions.
• Ensured energy efficiency through insulated piping systems and integrated electrical controls.
