Category specific terms and conditions
1. Solar water heater
- A minimum of flat roof area of 4' X 10' should be available for every 100 lts capacity Solar to be mounted.
- The inlet and the outlet of the system have to be connected by the client’s end.
- If the system is a pressurized type, then the overhead tank must be 8' feet about the roof level or the system should be connected to a pressure system. Otherwise forced circulation system should be adopted
- A minimum of 6 hrs of solar radiation should be available for the systems to function efficiently everyday.
2. Water treatment plant
- All civil works / Plumbing Works/ Electrical works required should be done by the client.
- All types of power/control cabling to the motors, starters, control panels etc including provision of any panels / supply of motors, pumps etc.,
- Back washing of the Filters as per the recommendation in the O and M manual has to be done periodically as specified.
- Regeneration of the Softener with Common salt as per the recommendation in the O and M manual has to be done periodically as specified.
3. Pumps
- Scope : Shipping charges included.Installation is not in supplier's scope. Commissioning and service charges shall be charged extra on per visit and site basis if required by the client.
- All civil works / Plumbing Works/ Electrical works required should be done by the client.
- Installation and commisisoning support will be provided by Grundfos authorised Service providers(ASP) . You have to contact 1800-3454-555 to avail the services.
4. Heatpump
The equipment shall be covered under warranty by the manufacturer against defective material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of invoicing . This warranty does not extend to consequential damages or loss and is null & void if repairs & modifications are carried out without our written approval. The liability is limited to the Heat Pump unit only.
5. Diesel/Electric/Biomass water heating systems
- All civil works / Plumbing Works/ Electrical works required should be done by the client.
- All types of power/control cabling to the motors, starters, control panels etc including provision of any panels / supply of motors, pumps etc.,
- Lifting the systems to the terrace or to the basement etc placement of the system shoud be done by the client.
